Do you need access to my store?
No. We only read what's already public, the same pages a shopper or ChatGPT can open. No login, no app, and nothing on your store changes.
Why does AI need to read my product pages?
When a shopper asks ChatGPT or Google what to buy, the answer comes from pages AI can read. If it can't see your price, shipping or reviews, it can't use them in its answer.
My product pages look fine. Could AI still be missing things?
Yes. Shoppers see your product page after everything on it has loaded. AI often reads it before apps and widgets load, so reviews, shipping details and more can be invisible to it even when they look fine to you.
